Only the services we need to run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
We store a randomly generated session ID in your browser so we can tell repeat page views apart from new ones. It contains no personal information. Clearing your browser data removes it. We do not use advertising cookies.
Account and purchase records are kept while you are a customer and afterward as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Anonymous site analytics are kept for up to 24 months. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record of a transaction.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in Oregon, other US states with privacy laws, the UK, or the EU, you have these rights by statute, including the right to know whether we sell or share your data (we do not) and the right to appeal if we refuse a request.
To exercise any of this, email scott@golfgym.team. We will respond within 45 days, usually much sooner. We will not charge you or make you jump through hoops.
When you buy, we email you the product and information about using it. If we later send you anything promotional, every message will have an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects access to something you paid for.
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Junior athletes train with us through a parent or guardian, who sets up and controls the account. If you believe a child has given us information directly, email us and we will remove it.
We use reputable providers and limit access to customer data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be sent to customers by email.
