Auto-renewal. The coaching and program products above are subscriptions. Your card is charged at the start of each cycle at the price shown when you bought, and it keeps renewing until you cancel. The $750 option is not a one-time payment; it covers a 12-week cycle and renews every 12 weeks.
Cancelling. Cancel yourself at any time inside The Golf Gym app, no phone call and no email required. Cancel before your next cycle begins and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund a cycle already started, and you keep access through the end of the cycle you paid for.
Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription you are already on, we will email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.
If something genuinely went wrong with your order, email us. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the guides, programs, and videos yourself. You may not share, resell, republish, or distribute the PDFs or program content, or use them to train paying clients of your own. Everything we produce remains our property.
This is fitness and performance coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physical therapy, and nothing here replaces a qualified healthcare provider.
Exercise carries risk of injury. By using our programs you confirm that you are medically able to exercise, and you accept that risk. Consult a physician before starting, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or any of the warning signs listed in our guides. Stop and seek care if you experience sharp pain, numbness, night pain, or symptoms following a recent injury.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and set up your account.
We tell you what the research says and what we see with the golfers we train. We do not promise specific results, clubhead speed numbers, or that pain will resolve. What you get out of it depends on what you put in, and on a body we have not met.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SKOUTGOLF LLC and its coaches are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from use of our programs, guides, or site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Keep your login details to yourself, and give us accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend or close an account that shares paid content, abuses our coaches, or uses the service unlawfully. If we close your account for one of those reasons, you are not owed a refund.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and material changes will be emailed to active customers. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
